Built to be heard, not just read
HumAInity assesses health conversationally — through validated instruments like the PHQ-9 — while reading intonation and cadence the way a trained ear does. It can even carry the voice and face of the CHW it's extending, the same way a voicemail or video call already carries a familiar presence.
Every session is available for a supervising CHW to review, coach from, and correct — the human stays the clinical authority.

AId as an extender
Under the supervision of a human worker, HumAInity increases clinician and CHW productivity the way a clinician extender does — not by replacing the relationship, but by making more of it possible.
AttAIn certification
Certified as a Community Health Worker (CHW) and Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) extender through the Community Translational Research Institute, a non-government organization empowered by the State of California to certify — the same regulatory posture California uses for autonomous vehicles.
MAIntAIn leadership
Continuous improvement and benchmarking against best practices and technological innovation, reviewed by a clinical and academic advisory board.
AvAIlable to collaborate
Working with academic researchers, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and health plans to pilot, study, and refine the model in the field.
The extender model has decades of evidence behind it — a Mayo Clinic study documented extender-driven productivity gains as early as 2003.

We build to each partner's standards, not just our own — with a human able to see and correct everything, always. The technical and contractual specifics get nailed down together, before launch.
Data handling per partner
We work to each partner's own privacy and security standards, not a one-size-fits-all policy. Anywhere personal or health information is involved, HumAInity signs on as a business associate — in writing, before a single record moves.
Access & audit
A supervising CHW or clinician can always pull up an interaction, coach from it, or correct it — and every one of those moments is logged, so nothing happens that can't be traced back.
Data minimization
We only ask for what the work actually needs — nothing more. And a partner's data trains our model only if that partner has said yes to it, in the agreement, not by default.
Continuous governance
This doesn't run unwatched. A clinical and academic advisory board keeps checking our work — for bias, for risk, for the moments we need to do better.
