The problem

Community health workers are some of the most cost-effective people in healthcare, and there still aren't enough of them — because the work is relational, hiring is the only lever most programs have ever had. So coverage stays thin. A CHW who could change outcomes for 400 people gets stretched across 1,500, and the moments between visits — the ones that actually needed someone — go unanswered.

How HumAInity approaches it

We built HumAInity to extend a CHW, never replace one. It carries the routine engagement — reminders, education, structured screening, resource navigation — across a whole population, and hands the person to a CHW the second judgment, empathy, or real advocacy is called for. It's trained on the same curriculum a certified CHW learns from, and every session is there for a supervisor to review and correct.
